Breast Implant

A breast implant is a kind of bag on synthetic rubber or silicone that today is often filled with silicone gel or a soft cohesive silicone gel with shape. These implants may also be filled with saline solution. The gel-filled silicone and saline (salt-water) are best known.

There are several types of fillings, also various types of bags. The surface may be rough or smooth, reflecting different interactions with the capsule that forms around the implant. The formation of a capsule is a normal reaction around organic tissues outside the body, such as a hip replacement or artificial heart valves, including a splinter nailed. The capsule formed around a breast implant may shrink, resulting in pain and hardening of the breast. If the surface is rough, the possible adhesion to a portion of the tissue has been associated with a decreased risk of capsular contraction. Smooth surface of an implant does not have this feature, so the risk of a capsular contraction is greater.
The breast implants, also known as plastia mamo, is a major surgical procedure that is performed when a patient wants to change the appearance of their breasts. Some people have carried out the breast implant surgical operation because they want bigger breasts, while others may have breast implant surgery to improve the appearance of their breasts. Meanwhile, there are some people who have surgery for breast implants, requiring reconstructive surgery after a disease such as breast cancer. Although there is the possibility of complications, the risk associated with breast implants today is far less at risk than in previous years. Breast implants made today are made of a material safe and there are fewer complaints from patients after breast implants. In fact, a breast implant procedure is becoming one of the most popular cosmetic surgeries.
Women who are over 18 years of age can receive a breast implant procedure. Women under 18 are not considered good candidates for surgery for breast implants, because your body is still developing. The candidate for a breast implant procedure includes women seeking to improve the appearance of breasts, or increase the size of their breasts. No matter the reason, a breast implant procedure is performed to help them feel better about the shape of their breasts and to improve one's body image

Getting breast implants is a form of major surgery; the patient is at risk of contracting an infection after breast implant procedure. Due to the fact that breasts have bacteria in the fabric, a plastic surgeon probably will make a patient a course of antibiotics to prevent problems with infection. Some women are concerned about the loss of sensation after a breast implant procedure. While a breast implant procedure is a relatively simple procedure for an expert surgeon, there is no guarantee that the procedure for breast implant will go perfectly the first time. Unusual bleeding inside the breast is a risk that is sometimes associated with a breast implant procedure.
